Customer Engagement Officer
Having previously worked at Services Australia for over four years, supporting callers on the disability and carers line, gave me the knowledge and experience to understand the challenges that people in this position face. Working in this field also allowed be to refine my customer service and communication skills.
I believe being a member of the Customer Engagement Team at Pathways to Care allows me to see this daily. I thoroughly enjoy helping people and feeling like I have made a difference, whether that be helping them feel heard or providing them with assistance.
I most enjoy seeing people succeed in their goals and get the support they need.
