Having completed tertiary studies in Human and Community Services, my prior experience in the medical domain has deepened my understanding of the struggles encountered by people living with disadvantages in our society. This has fueled my desire to work in the disability sector. I am devoted to leveraging my background to offer exceptional customer service to our participants, always aiming to do so with empathy, positivity, and responsiveness.
