Being passionate about working in an area that brings great change to those who live with societal barriers, co-founding Pathways to Care in 2014 has enabled my experience and expertise in Human Resources and Quality to build a team of highly skilled practitioners to support and empower people with disability to live their best lives.
Ensuring a mindset of best practice across the organisation, through education and continuous improvement in policy, risk, governance and organisational development, puts to use my qualifications in Health Science, Human Resources Management and Training and Assessment.
What most excites me about Pathways to Care are the outcomes that our team facilitate for the people we work with - seeing participants engage fully in their chosen community using funded supports and non-funded supports, which brings more people into their community enhancing connections and goal achievement.
I am a strong believer in creating a dynamic, inclusive and supportive workplace, where joy is found in the everyday wins, and believe that this is what the team at Pathways to Care have created. ”
