Kuldeep

Customer Provisioning Officer
Regional Victoria

I have completed my graduation in Bachelor of Computer Science and Master’s in Computer Science back in India. I migrated to Australia nearly a decade ago as an international student, graduating with a Bachelor of Information Technology. I am a member of Australian Computer Society and volunteer with Australian Sikh Support, a not-for-profit community support organisation and supported the community during the recent floods. I moved to Bendigo three years ago and worked as a Customer Service (having nine years’ experience) team member and administrator at different companies.

I am excited to share my experiences and knowledge while working as a Customer Provisioning officer at Pathways to Care. I love connecting with people, speak multiple languages, enjoy social networking, and cherish time with my family as often as I can.

I am a firm believer in ‘unity in diversity’ and the right of ‘equality’, and always looking for ways to improve the quality of life for everybody I meet. I believe empathy is the key to understanding one’s actual situation and to then be able to find the quickest possible way of helping.
