Customer Engagement Officer
Hi, my name’s Leah and I have a passion for helping people! As a Customer Engagement Officer with Pathways to Care, I’m able to showcase my customer service experience. Most of my experience over the last 4 years has come from proudly serving the Australian Public through Services Australia. Whether that be by responding to a national disaster or assisting inquiries regarding social security payments with a proactive customer-focused approach to all interactions with customers, stakeholders and third parties.
I feel most proud in a role when I'm able to make a positive change and provide knowledge to participants, so they’re confident with the choices they choose that are best for them.
For me, it’s exciting to be a part of the Pathways to Care family and be part of the team to support the vision, mission and values.
I understand the importance of being a transparent, empathetic and caring individual.
