Working for Pathways to Care has provided me the opportunity to be excited for my job and know that the work I do is genuinely helping people and the participants of the NDIS, and encourage them to utilize and get the most out of their supports.
Helping participants with handling the funding aspect of their plans can allow them more time to enjoy and engage with the community and develop their skills to enhance their everyday life with independence and reaching their personal goals.
My experience in administration and accounting-based backgrounds involving lots of problem-solving elements allows me to bring my well-developed skills of attention to detail and thoroughness to my role to provide accurate and consistent service in my customer provisioning role.
I pride myself on excellent interpersonal skills and helping participants feel supported and inspired.
